May be I'm just fussy but I hate it when I buy PLR articles only to find that they are just rubbish and I wouldn't even use them. There are lots of PLR sources out there that just sell rubbish and not only are their articles rubbish but if you search for them online you will find thousands of copies of the same article.
That is why when I now buy PLR articles I only ever buy packs that cost a little more, as usually these are much, much better quality. And I also only buy PLR articles that have a limited quantity packets sold. If there is a limited number of the articles sold then you aren't going to find thousands of the same article all over the internet.
Usually I rewrite PLR articles myself before using them anyway, but buying better quality PLR makes them so much easier to rewrite than crappy articles that barely make sense.
