There are so many fad diets around and some people have suggested that the Dukan Diet is just another fad diet. But when I read an article on the Dukan Diet I decided to give it a go.
The way this diet is set up in four different stages that help you to not only lose weight but also maintain that weight, I thought it sounded quite good. I had tried other diets before but was never able to get to my goal weight, so what did I have to lose?
So earlier this year I started the Dukan Diet and I am happy to say that currently I am just 500g or 1lb away from my goal weight. I should reach that goal weight within the next week and for the first time in many years I can wear skinny jeans!
Do I think the Dukan Diet is just a fad? No way - this diet works and for me it is the only diet that has worked. Because of my own success on this diet I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting or needing to lose weight - it really does work.
